English Muffins

With any of the following: Sausage, bacon, cheese (D), egg (E) fried scrambled or poached, tomato, mushrooms (D)

Omelette (E)

Cheese (D) bacon, tomato, mushroom (D) – any combination

American Pancakes (G,D,E)

Plain, blueberry or banana pancakes, served with your choice of honey, golden syrup or maple syrup.

Porridge (G,D)

made with cream or milk and swirled with honey.

Dairy or lactose free (D)

We can supply dairy or lactose free milk and spreads. Please let us know the night before so we can be sure we have them available. We normally use butter in our cooking of omelettes, mushrooms and pancakes. If this is an issue, we can use alternatives.

Eggs (E)

We use eggs from our own chickens where possible as we know they are very fresh. However, we also have red tractor assured eggs if you prefer (recommended if pregnant)

Other

We do not use the following allergens in our kitchen, Celery, Crustaceans, Fish, Lupins, Molluscs or Sesame seeds. Mustard is only available as a condiment in the dining room
