We aim to make our B&B a home-from-home, right in the heart of St. Austell. We are a 2-minute walk from the town centre, so you are welcome to leave your car in our car park as entertainment and eateries are only a few minutes’ walk away. You can also relax on our terrace or in our garden, sunroom or spacious hall. A selection of games are available and you can enjoy a drink from our licenced honesty bar.

You are also welcome to utilise our dining room for evening takeaways.Our Mid Cornwall location is ideally placed for exploring Cornwall in its entirety - we are a 10-minute walk from St. Austell rail and bus station, 15-minute drive to the Eden Project or Lost Gardens of Heligan and only 2 miles from historic harbour village of Charlestown. St Austell bay also has many beaches stretching from Fowey to Mevagissey.
