COVID 19
We are hoping the government will allow us to welcome guests from the 4th of July. In preparation for this we are reducing number of guest rooms occupied at any one time and introducing breakfast schedules to ensure social distancing. Because many places are still closed, we will have pack lunches available on request and guest will be able to have food delivered or takeaways to eat in our dining room. We now also have a licenced bar. In return, we are asking guests not to come and stay if they, or any member of their household, have had COVID 19 systems recently.

Whilst perfectly located for visitors to The Eden Project, Charlestown, Mevagissey, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the local amenities and beaches, St. Austell is also a good, central base from which to explore the entirety of Cornwall.
You can chill out in our newly refurbished, comfortable, fresh rooms or relax in the lounge, sunroom or on the terrace. In the morning you can enjoy a made to order cooked breakfast. This also tends to be a time for telling stores of the previous days outings and discussing the plans for the coming day. We are always happy to give ideas on places to visit and recommend places to eat.
We have three en-suite double rooms available, one of which can be set-up as a family room another that can also be set up as a twin. We offer free on-site parking for guests, free Wifi and travel cots/high chairs are available on request. For those not travelling by car we are a ten minute walk from St Austell train station and most of Cornwall's key locations and attractions can be reached by public transport

Tregarth House is the place to stay for friendly service, comfort and convenience. The house is a newly refurbished, large and quirky Arts and Crafts property built around 1908. Centrally located just a 3 minute walk to St. Austell’s town centre.where you can eat out on an evening without worring about driving back.
